By Sadiq Aminu                                                     The Kano State Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf has accepted the resignation of his Commissioner for the newly created Ministry of Internal Security and Special Services, Maj. Gen. Muhammad Inuwa Idris (Rtd).

Governor Yusuf also extended his best wishes to the former commissioner, describing him as a dedicated public servant and a patriotic Nigerian.

His tenure, though brief, has been credited with laying a solid foundation for the ministry’ take-off which the governor believes that his successor can build on to set a pace for operations of the new Ministry.
