POLICE LAUNCHES INVESTIGATION INTO BORNO STATE COMMISSIONER’S DEATH                                                                                                                 21-10-23

By Sadiq Aminu                                                           The Borno State police command has commence immediate investigation into the death of the state commissioner for Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Resettlement RRR, Ibrahim Garba.

In a statement, spokesman of the Governor Malam Isa Gusau confirm that Commissioner of Police Yusuf Lawan personnally visited the house where the late Commissioner died.

The statement adds that Governor Babagana Zulum received the news of his demise with intense shock and profound grief.

The Governor mourns alongside the late commissioner’s family, other loved ones, friends, associates, and members of the state executive council.

Late Ibrahim Garba was the Governor’s Special Adviser on Special Projects before he was appointed commissioner of Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Resettlement in August this year.
