The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service has contained and extinguished a fire involving a five-million-litre diesel storage tank at Bono Energy Terminal, located within the Ibru Jetty Complex in Apapa, Lagos.

The Director of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, Margaret Adeseye, said firefighters responded swiftly to the incident, preventing the blaze from spreading to nearby storage tanks and other critical infrastructure.
