The Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Mr. Benjamin Kalu has described former President Muhammadu Buhari’s contributions to Nigeria’s growth and development as remarkable which Nigerians would continue to appreciate.
The Deputy Speaker in a congratulatory 82nd birthday message, by his Chief Press Secretary Levinus Nwabughiogu, said the former President rice revolution initiative earned his administration accolades and respect from the citizens.
He commended Buhari’s selfless service, integrity, and vision, noting that these qualities have inspired generations of Nigerians.
“Today, we celebrate a remarkable leader and statesman, former President Muhammadu Buhari, as he marks his 82nd birthday. This milestone is a testament to his enduring legacy and commitment to the nation.
“The celebration is a mark of honour to former President Buhari’s contributions to our nation’s growth and development. I wish him continued good health, peace of mind, and joy”

The Deputy Speaker wished the former President a long life in good health, celebrating him as a remarkable leader and statesman.
