FG TAKES ACHIEVEMENTS TO ALIMOSHO , URGES PATIENCE WITH REFORMS…………………..

By: Safiya Abdulrahim Dabban

The Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation has taken its grassroots enlightenment campaign to Alimosho, Lagos, to share the progress and plans of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.

Assistant Director, Mrs. Osilaja Olabisi, said the forum was meant to correct misconceptions and update residents on government projects in education, health, agriculture, and power. She noted improvements such as stable university calendars, the Student Loan Scheme, better healthcare, agro-tech initiatives, and over 1,500MW added to power supply.

Local leaders urged residents to focus on the benefits of these reforms, stressing that patience and participation will ensure positive results. Officials also explained how the Student Loan Scheme makes higher education more accessible, while participants called for easier access and fair repayment terms.

The forum, themed “Tinubu Administration Mid-Term Report”, brought together community leaders, youths, market women, and stakeholders to strengthen trust and encourage citizens to tap into government opportunities.
