GOVERNOR UMAR BAGO TO SWEAR IN NEW COMMISSIONERS, SPECIAL ADVISERS ON MONDAY

The Niger State Governor, Rt. Hon. Mohammed Umar Bago will on Monday 21st August, 2023 swear in 30 newly appointed Commissioners who will constitute the State Executive Council and 30 Special Advisers.

A statement issued by Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alhaji Abubakar Usman disclosed that the significant event is billed to hold at the Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi International Conference Centre, Minna by 11:00 am prompt.

Alhaji Usman further explained that all the Commissioners were confirmed by the State Lawmakers after they were screened during their plenary session presided over by the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Abdulmalik Muhammad Sarkin Daji.

The Commissioners, Special Advisers and other Special Guests are to be seated before 10:00 am, the statement stressed
