TINUBU SUBSTITUTES OPPOSITION WITH LOYAL PARTY MEMBERS INTO NDDC BOARD 01-09-23
By: Sadiq Aminu President Bola Tinubu has approved the immediate replacement of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC’s Ondo State Representative nominee, Mr. Victor Akinjo, with a new Ondo State Representative nominee, Mr. Otito Atikase.
This is contained in a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale who says the President has equally approved the immediate replacement of the NDDC’s Cross River State Representative nominee, Mr. Asi Okang, with a new Cross River State Representative, Mr. Orok Duke.
According to the statement, the immediate past Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the NDDC, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku has been reappointed for a second term and will remain in acting capacity, pending the Senate’s confirmation of his reappointment.
