GOVERNOR UMARU BAGO CONGRATULATES THE NEW DG OF VON, JIBRIN BABA NDACE
Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago has congratulated Jibrin Baba Ndace on his appointment as the Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of Voice of Nigeria (VON), by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Governor Umaru Bago in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary Bologi Ibrahim, described the appointment as  “well deserved”.
He noted that Baba Ndace is an astute journalist who has made his mark in the media industry.
The Governor stressed that the competence and capacity of Ndace to move VON to greater heights is not in doubt.
While expressing optimism that the new DG of VON will make Niger State in particular and Nigeria in general proud, he promised to give him all the needed support to succeed.
