100 ORPHANS SET TO GET MARRIED IN KEBBI 22-11-23
By Sadiq Aminu The member representing Argungu/Augie Federal Constituency of Kebbi State in the House of Representatives, Sani Yakubu Noma, says, he has concluded arrangement to give out one hundred female orphans for marriage in his constituency.
Speaking to Africa 247 corespondent, the member said, the marriage plan was part of his contributions to his religious obligations and sympathy to female children that lost their parents in his constituency.
He stated that, all arrangements have been concluded for the marriage ceremony that will take place at the Emir of Argungu’s palace, Alhaji Sama’ila Muhammad Mera within shortest period of time.
According to him, a committee has been set up for the successful implementation of the event saying, those selected to be married out were drawn from the two local government areas I’m representing at the national assembly.
Yakubu Noma, pointed out that, he has already procured beds, mattresses, furnitures and other matrimonial commodities for the beneficiaries of the marriage.
Noma disclosed that, he would also disbursed equipment to over thousand people as part of his constituency project during the marriage ceremony.
The items includes 500 milling machines, 600 pumping machines, 500 motorcycles, 200 vehicles and 100 grinding machines.
