The Kano State Government says it would not relent in punishing any person found with connection to the diversion of palliative meant for the disable person caught in a warehouse at Sharada industrial estate Kano.

The Commissioner for Agriculture Alhaji Danjuma Mahmud disclosed this while briefing journalist shortly after governor Abba Kabir Yusuf alongside his Deputy paid an unscheduled visit to the wharehouse where the allegedly diverted palliative were being rebagged at Sharada Kano.

He said some suspects have already been apprehended and the commissioner of police has been directed to commence thorough investigation with a view to apprehending all those connected with the fraud .

Alhaji Danjuma Mahmud maintained that the state government would constitute a committee that would investigate into the matter for necessary action.

He added that government would not accept any bridge of trust from any of its official,stressing that anyone found guilty would face the full wrath of the law
