FG VOWS TO BRING TO JUSTICE PERPETRATORS OF CHRISTMAS EVE ATTACKS IN PLATEAU STATE                                                                           27-12-22

By Sadiq Aminu                                                       The Federal Government has vowed to bring to book perpetrators of the recent attacks in some communities in Plateau State.

Vice President, Kashim Shettima made the pledge when he visited people displaced as a result of coordinated attacks on Christmas Eve in the State.

Addressing the people, the Vice President, Kashim commiserated with families of those affected, promising that the Federal Government will not rest on its oars in finding perpetrators of the dastardly act to make them face justice.

The Vice President also assured that the present administration of Bola Tinubu would not fold its hands and watch people being killed like animals, warning those involved in such acts to have a change of heart.

Also speaking, Governor Caleb Mutfwang thanked the Federal Government for the swift response, nothing that the ugly development in the state should not be allowed to show its face again

Earlier, Transition Implementation Chairman of the Local Council,Mister Monday Kassah gave a break down of the casualty figures.

The Vice President was accompanied on the visit by the Chief of Defence staff, the National Security Adviser, Director General of NEMA and past Governors of the state amongst many others.
