PRESIDENT TINUBU DISMISSES THE EVC/CEO, FCCPC, MR. BABATUNDE IRUKERA 08-01-24
By Sadiq Aminu President Bola Tinubu has dismissed the EVC/CEO, Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, FCCPC, Mr. Babatunde Irukera.
Also dismissed is the Director-General/CEO, Bureau of Public Enterprises, BPE, Mr. Alexander Ayoola Okoh.
A statement says the affected officers are directed to hand over to the most senior officer in their respective agencies, pending the appointment of their replacements.
Signed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the statement says their removal from office takes immediate effect.
