NIGER CHAPEL OF NIGERIAN INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC RELATIONS GETS NEW EXCO                                                           21-02-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                    Niger state chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations NIPR, has elected new officials to pilot the affairs of the institute for the next two years.

The election of new Executives to run its affairs was conducted during the 2024 conference of NIPR held at the justice Idris Legbo Kutigi International conference center Minna.

Those elected are Mahmud Abdullahi, as Chairman, Mary Noel Berje Vice Chairman, Aliyu Jibo, Secretary and Zubairu Emimaru Assistant Secretary.

Others include Mohammed Ali, Treasurer, Dr Abimbola Dada Financial Secretary, Mrs Lydia Legbo, Auditor General and Kolos Mohammed was elected as the Public Relations Officer PRO,

The  position of Ex -officios went to  Musa Ladan,  Mustapha Alhassan, Muhammad Abubakar, and Dr Sunday Ogala respectively.

In his acceptance speech, the new Chairman Mahmud Abdullahi a former Chief Press Secretary to the Niger state Governor promised to operate an open door policy of administration by carrying all members along.

He also  pledged to move the institute to a greater height and solicited for the support of members to succeed.
