GOVERNOR YUSUF PRESENTS LETTER OF RE-INSTATEMENT TO EMIR SANUSI                                                                                    24-05-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                                    The Kano State Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf Has Presented latter of Reappointment to Emir Sanusi Lamido as the sixteen Emir of Kano.

The Governor made the presentation at Africa House, Government House Kano.

Speaking during the colourful ceremony, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf said the reinstatement of Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi was targeted to restoring the lost Glory of Kano.

He commended the Speaker and members of the Kano State House of Assembly for their doggedness in ensuring that the yearnings and aspirations of the people of Kano were considered through the review of the Kano Emirate Law.

While reading the letter of the reinstatement, governor Abba Kabir Yusuf said Emir Sanusi was Reappointed as the the Emir of Kano with regards to his wealth of experience and expertise .

He theirfore urged the reinstated Emir to Apply his Experience and Knowledge in moving the Emirate and the state forward .

I urge you to use your vast experience in bringing peace and harmony in the Kano Emirate, and the Dabo Family .

The colourful ceremony was graced by senior government officials , district heads, traditional tittle holders and other stakeholders.
