EID-UL-KABIR: NSCDC DEPLOYS OVER 3,000 PERSONNEL IN KANO STATE                                                                                                      15-06-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                                      The Kano state commandant, Nigerian security and civil defence corp NSCDC Muhammad Lawal Falala has approved the deployment of Three thousand One hundred and Sixty eight (3,168) personnel to cover Eid-el Kabir celebrations in Kano.

In a statement signed by the public relations office NSCDC Kano command Ibrahim Idris Abdullahi and made available to Africa 247 correspondent.

The statement explained that the Officers are to work in synergy with Nigerian Police, DSS, FRSC, KAROTA in maintaining law and order as well as free flow of traffics before, during and after the festive period.

Falala tasked all officers to redouble their efforts and ensure protection of all critical national assets as enshrined in the Act establishing the Corps.

“Consequently, the good people of Kano are hereby enjoined to cooperate with security agents, obey law and order for peaceful Eid-el Kabir celebrations in the State.”
