By Sadiq Aminu                                                                President Bola Tinubu has wished and congratulated leader of Tijjaniyya sect, Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, on attaining the milestone age of 100.

In a statement, President Tinubu describes Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi as a shining light, who has significantly contributed to shaping Islamic knowledge, as well as moral and ethical standards in modern Nigeria.

Signed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the statement says the President thanks the Tijjaniyya leader for dedicating his life to spreading knowledge and raising generations of Nigerians.

President Tinubu prays for greater wisdom and good health for the venerable Sheikh.
