SPEAKER ABBAS MOURNS TO REP, AKINREMI, ADJOURNS SITTING IN HONOUR OF LATE LAWMAKER                                                                                                                                 10-07-14

By Sadiq Aminu                                                                 The Speaker House of Representatives Dr. Tajudeen Abbas has expressed sadness over the demise of a member of the House, Prince Olaide Adewale Akinremi.
Prince Akinremi, who was the member representing Oyo North Federal Constituency of Oyo State and was the chairman House Committee on Science Research Institutions, died on Wednesday morning.
The Speaker, in a condolence message through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Abdullahi Krishi, said he was shocked to receive the news of the death of Prince Akinremi.
Dr. Abbas who described the late legislator as a patriotic and dedicated Nigerian, who represented his people with zeal and commitment said the late Federal Lawmaker would be missed.
The Speaker prayed for the repose of the soul of the late lawmaker.
