NSCDC BUSTS VANDALISM SYNDICATE, ARRESTS 3 IN KANO                                                                                                             19-07-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                                 In a successful operation, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Kano command has arrested three suspected vandals and disrupted a syndicate responsible for damaging critical national assets.

Operatives of the Anti-Vandalism unit apprehended Sunusi Musa (30) and Musbahu Habibu (32) at Eid ground, IBB way, Kano, while melting stolen streetlight cables.

Another suspect, Muhammad Ado (47), was caught packing vandalized streetlight wires at Race course road, Nassarawa GRA, Kano.

The three suspects are in custody, and investigation is ongoing. The NSCDC is searching for three accomplices still at large.

Commandant Mohammed Lawal Falala warned vandals to desist from their criminal acts, as the Corps has launched a manhunt to bring perpetrators to justice.
