PENGASSAN MOURNS MEMBERS KILLED IN HELICOPTER CRASH                                                                                                                    25-10-25

By Sadiq Aminu                                                                 The Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) says the helicopter crash on Thursday in Rivers state claimed the lives of four of its members.

In a statement issued by the President of PENGASSAN and Trade Union Congress of Nigeria, Comrade Festus Osifo, describes affected members as dedicated professionals who have contributed to the Oil and Gas industry and the Association.

Comrade Osifo says as the Union mourns the departed union members, calls for a thorough and transparent investigation, to determine the cause of the accident to prevent future tragedies.

The President of PENGASSAN called for measures to be put in place to prevent future tragedies.
