TIJANIYYA MOVEMENT IN NIGERIA HELD A SPECIAL PRAYER FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE PRESIDENT TINUBU LED GOVERNMENT                                                                                31-01-25

By Sadiq Aminu                                                                  The prayer was led by Shaikh Mahi Ibrahim Nyas, the current head of the movement, succeeding the former leaders, Shaikh Ibrahim Nyas.

It took place when members of the movement joined President Tinubu in performing the Juma’ah prayer in the State House Mosque, Abuja.

Shaikh Mahi Ibrahima Nyas, who is the President of the African Islamic Union, told Africa247 that said it was part of his annual programme to visit Nigeria and pray for enhanced security and economic prosperity in the country.

Shaikh Mahi, a Senegalese, described President Tinubu as a patriotic and compassionate leader, who is always concerned about the wellbeing of Nigerians and the progress of the nation.

“Every year I visit Nigeria from Senegal to pray for peace, stability and development of Nigeria, and over the last few days I visited Bauchi State and others parts of the country.
