FCT COUNCIL POLLS: APC FIXES N20M FOR CHAIRMANSHIP NOMINATION FORMS 21-05-25
By Sadiq Aminu The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has fixed ₦20 million for any chairmanship aspirant wishing to purchase its expression of interest and nomination forms for the forthcoming Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Area Council election.
A statement released by the national leadership of the party also revealed that N2.5 million has also been fixed for the nomination forms of the councillorship position.
Giving a further breakdown, the ruling party explained that while chairmanship aspirants will pay N5 million for the expression of interest form, they will spend N15 million for the nomination form, totalling N20 million.
Similarly, the councillorship aspirants will pay N500,000 for the expression of interest form and N2 million for the nomination form, totalling N2.5 million.
