NATIONAL SECRETARY OF THE PDP VOWS THAT NO AMOUNT OF INTIMIDATION OR BLACKMAIL WOULD MAKE HIM TO RESIGN FROM OFFICE                                                                29-05-25

By Sadiq Aminu                                                     As the crisis in the Peoples Democratic Party PDP continues to fester, the National Secretary of the party, Senator Samuel Anyanwu has vowed that no amount of intimidation or blackmail would make him to resign from office.

Senator Anyanwu, while interacting with Journalists in Abuja, however regretted that the crisis had exposed the party to a lot of negative publicity.

While describing the crisis as man-made and unnecessary”, he traced the fight to the inordinate ambition of some PDP leaders and warned them to turn a new leaf.

Senator Anyanwu who insisted that there was no vacancy in the office of the party’s National Secretary, maintained that he was the legally recognised occupant of the office.

Senator Anyanwu who has been at the centre of an arm of the crisis rocking the nation’s leading opposition party is the PDP National Secretary recognised by the Independent National Electoral Commission backed by a Supreme court judgement.
