By Sadiq Aminu                                                     Former President Olusegun Obasanjo is set to visit Zamfara State to commission key infrastructure projects initiated by the administration of Governor Dauda Lawal.

According to a statement issued by the spokesperson to the Governor, Sulaiman Bala Idris, the former President will inaugurate the newly renovated Yeriman Bakura Specialist Hospital in Gusau.

The hospital, which has undergone a comprehensive facelift, is now fully equipped with state-of-the-art medical facilities aimed at improving healthcare delivery in the state.

In addition to the hospital, Obasanjo will also commission several major roads in the GRA area of Gusau, executed as part of the current administration’s urban renewal agenda.

The commissioning of the projects highlights the government’s commitment to improving health and infrastructure, and marks another milestone in the development efforts under Governor Lawal’s leadership.
