PRESIDENT TINUBU IS IN BENUE STATE TO ASSESS THE RECURRING ATTACKS AND TO IDENTIFY WITH THE PEOPLE                                                                 18-06-25

By Sadiq Aminu.                                                        President Bola Tinubu is currently in Benue State to assess the recurring attacks in the State and to identify with the people.
President Tinubu arrived the Makurdi airport at about one Pm and was received by Governor Hyacinth Alia and his Deputy, Dr Sam Ode, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, top Government functionaries and other prominent sons and daughters of Benue State.
He proceeded to the Benue State University Teaching Hospital to identify with victims of the recent attack in Yelwata who are receiving treatment at the facility.
The President thereafter moved to Government House Makurdi for a town hall meeting with traditional, religious, and community leaders as well as youth groups with a view to finding solution to the lingering attacks.
