FRSC FOILS SUSPECTED ONE-CHANCE OPERATION IN ABUJA

By: Safiya Abdulrahim Dabban

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has arrested three suspects and impounded a vehicle allegedly used for a one-chance operation in Wuse Zone 3, Abuja.

According to FCT Sector Commander Felix Theman, the suspects attempted to push a victim out of a moving car before the patrol team gave chase. They abandoned the vehicle in traffic but were eventually apprehended.

The suspects, two women and one man, have been handed over to the police for further investigation. During interrogation, they claimed they were not one-chance operators but a 419 syndicate.

Theman urged residents to avoid unregistered vehicles and assured the public of the Corps’ commitment to keeping Abuja roads safe.
