COAS VISITS OPERATION FANSAN YAMMA HQ AFTER KEBBI SCHOOL ABDUCTION

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Waidi Shaibu, has arrived at the Operation FANSAN YAMMA Headquarters in Gusau, Zamfara, to reinforce military efforts in the Northwest following the recent abduction of students from GGCSS Maga in Kebbi State.

Before coming to Gusau, he visited the school and troops in Kebbi to boost morale and assess the situation. He is now in a closed-door meeting with senior commanders to review operations and strengthen strategies against rising threats.

He is accompanied by top officers representing the Navy and Air Force chiefs, along with other senior military leaders.
