BANDITS GIVE KWARA COMMUNITY ONE WEEK TO PAY N300M RANSOM

By: Safiya Abdulrahim Dabban

Armed bandits who abducted 10 people in Isapa, Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State on November 25, 2025, have given the community one week to pay ₦300 million for their release.

The kidnappers warned that failure to meet the deadline would lead to deadly consequences, including another attack and possible killing of the captives.

Isapa’s head hunter, Mr. Adeyeye, confirmed the demand, saying the abductors initially requested ₦500 million but later reduced it to ₦300 million during negotiations.
