WIKE REINSTATES SUSPENDED EDUCATION SECRETARY, FCT-IRS ACTING CHAIR

The minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has reinstated Danlami Hayyo as mandate secretary of the FCT education secretariat following his earlier suspension. Wike also approved the reinstatement of Michael Ango as acting executive chairman of the FCT Internal Revenue Service, weeks after his removal from office.
The development was confirmed on Wednesday by Lere Olayinka, senior special assistant to the minister on public communication and social media, who said the decision takes immediate effect.
