BUK BOOSTS SPORTS DEVELOPMENT WITH FACILITY UPGRADES AND COACH TRAINING

Bayero University, Kano has reaffirmed its commitment to sports development, announcing plans to upgrade sporting facilities and support professional training for university coaches. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Haruna Musa, said sports remain key to students’ wellbeing, unity, and the university’s overall growth.

He praised BUK athletes for recent national successes and assured that the university will continue to invest in modern infrastructure and capacity building to raise performance standards. University coaches welcomed the move, describing it as a boost that will strengthen sports excellence and sustain BUK’s growing reputation in university sports.
