JANGEBE CALLS FOR URGENT JOB CREATION IN 2026

By: Safiya Abdulrahim Dabban

Islamic scholar Sheikh Tukur Sani Jangebe has urged the Federal Government to make job creation a top priority in 2026, warning that rising unemployment, especially among graduates, threatens Nigeria’s stability. He said meaningful jobs will empower youths, reduce poverty, and strengthen national development.

Sheikh Jangebe also called for improved security, people-focused policies, and transparent use of public funds, expressing hope that 2026 will bring greater peace, unity, and prosperity to Nigeria.
