President Bola Tinubu has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Mr. Sunday Ndidi, father of Super Eagles captain, Wilfred Ndidi. The president described the loss as painful and extended his heartfelt condolences to the Nigerian international footballer, his family, and loved ones during this difficult period.

Mr. Sunday Ndidi reportedly died in a tragic road accident in Umunede, near Agbor, Delta State. President Tinubu acknowledged the grief associated with such a sudden loss and reassured the Ndidi family of his thoughts and prayers.

The president prayed that God Almighty would grant the family strength, comfort their hearts, and grant eternal rest to the soul of the departed. He urged them to take solace in the legacy and memories left behind.
