ATIKU’S SON RESIGNS AS ADAMAWA COMMISSIONER

Hon. Adamu Atiku Abubakar has resigned as Commissioner for Works and Energy Development in Adamawa State.

In a letter dated March 2, 2026, addressed to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, he said the decision followed deep personal reflection and takes immediate effect.

Adamu, son of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, thanked the governor for the confidence reposed in him and the opportunity to serve. He also appreciated the people of Adamawa for their support and prayers while in office.
