By Sadiq Aminu                                                                 The 15th Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero, has extended warm greetings to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, on the occasion of Sallah festivities.

In a broadcast delivered at the Nassarawa mini palace on Saturday, the Emir also announced the cancellation of durbar ceremonies, earlier scheduled, to ensure peace and security in the state.

The 15th Emir’s message emphasized the importance of sacrifice and prayer during Eid, expressing hopes for the President and Governor to continue delivering democracy dividends, protecting lives and properties, and seeking strength and courage from God.

“The cancellation of durbar activities follows security recommendations to maintain peace in the state.”

Additionally, Sarkin Dawaki, Aminu Babba Dan Agundi, announced that the Emir will observe Eid prayer at the Nassarawa mini palace on Sunday by 8.00am Prompt .

He Commended the general public for their countinuos prayers for peaceful coexistence in Kano and the Nation at large.
