SUSPECTED KIDNAPPERS ARRESTED, VICTIMS RESCUED IN NASARAWA

Police operatives from the Assakio Division, working with local vigilantes, have arrested six suspected kidnappers and rescued three victims in Angara and Fadaman Bauna villages of Lafia Local Government Area, Nasarawa State.

The victims were rescued without injuries, given prompt medical attention and safely reunited with their families. Police authorities confirmed that the suspects have confessed to the crime and are now in the custody of the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation.

The Commissioner of Police has assured residents of Nasarawa State that security operatives will continue to intensify efforts to rid the state of all forms of criminal activity.
