IMMORALITY: HISBAH APPREHENDS 8 CROSS DRESSERS IN KANO                                                                                 31-10-23

By Sadiq Aminu                                                     Kano state hisbah has succeeded in apprehending 8 suspected cross dressers, during a wedding at Kofar Waika,Gwale local government area.

The deputy commander general Dr. Mujaheed Aminudeen Abubakar made the disclosure to Africa 247 in Kano.

According to him,the suspects were arrested following a tip off by good Samaritan’s that young men dressed in female fulani attire were dancing to music at a wedding .

He stressed that, operatives of the agency stormed the wedding venue and succeeded in apprehending eight young men including the groom.

Dr.Mujahid maintained that, the suspects were arraigned at hisbah shari’a court, were they were tried for their offence after confessing to the crime.

Some of those apprehended who spoke to Africa 247 appealed for leniency and promised not to engage is such act.

Africa 247 reports that, Kano state hisbah board was established in the year 2000 and saddled with the responsibilities of enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong on every Muslim.
