BAYELSADECIDES2023: COLLATION AND DECLARATION OF RESULTS IN THE BAYELSA STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION CONTINUES ON MONDAY                                                                12-11-23

By Sadiq Aminu                                                     Collation and declaration of results in the Bayelsa State Governorship election will continue on Monday from Noon.

The process began on Sunday morning at the State Collation Center at the State INEC Headquarters, Yenagoa.

So far, results of six Local Government Areas have been declared.

These are Ekeremor, Sagbama, Kolokuma-Opokuma, Yenagoa, Nembe and Ogbia LGAs.

Results of Brass and Southern Ijaw are still being collated at the local government areas.

The Collation and Returning Officer for Bayelsa State, Professor Kuta Farouq, Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Minna adjourned the State Collation of the remaining two LGAs to Noon on Monday.
