FORMER GOVERNOR OF YOBE STATE AND 2 TERM SENATOR OF YOBE EAST ALH DR. BUKAR ABBA IBRAHIM DIES                                                             04-02-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                     The Death has occurred on Sunday of the former governor of Yobe State, Alh Dr.Bukar Abba Ibrahim.

Late Bukar died while receiving treatment at a Saudi-German hospital in Saudi Arabia.

The remains of Late Bukar Abba would be buried Tomorrow Monday 5th February, 2024. in Saudi Arabia

Late Bukar Abba, was a three times Governor of Yobe State and two times Senator representing Yobe East

Aged 75, the former Governor left behind 2 Wives, 17 Children and Many Grand children,

In a statement issued by the Director Press to the Governor Mamman Mohammed, Governor Mai Mala Buni has directed all other aspects of condolences to be taken over by the state government to accord the late governor a state burial and honour.

Governor Buni described the death as a huge loss to the government and people of the state.
