KBSG SWEARS-IN SOLE ADMINISTRATORS FOR THE 21 LOCAL GOVERNMENTS                                                                                                      05-03-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                       The Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Nasiru Idris, has sworn-in the Sole Administrators for the 21 Local Governments of the state.

Swearing-in the sole administrators at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Lodge in Birnin Kebbi, Governor Idris charged them to be closer to their people and ensure deliverance of dividends of democracy to justify the APC campaign promises to their people.

Governor Idris said, the era of staying at the state capital was over saying, you must stay with your people in your respective local government area as well to justify the confidence your people have in you by working hard for their welfare.

Responding on behalf of the Sole administrators, Birnin Kebbi Local Government, Dahiru Nayaya Ambursa, pledged to sustain the gesture of the administration of Governor Idris to the people in their respective councils.

The oath of office was administered on the sole administrators by Justice Sabiu Bala Shu’aibu of the state High Court.

The sole administrators were appointed following the expiration of the tenure of the elected council chairmen on 5, February 2024.
