By Sadiq Aminu                                                      President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Lagos to celebrate Eid-el-fitir, which signifies the end of Ramadan.

President Tinubu on board the Nigerian Air Force presidential plane with the tail number 5N FGW, landed at exactly half past four o’clock this evening at the Presidential wing of the Muritala Mohammed Airport in Ikeja.

He was received by the Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-olu and some of his cabinet members.

Earlier in a statement, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Ajuri Ngelale, said the President would observe the solemn occasion in prayers for the country and Nigerians.

President Tinubu is expected to return to Abuja after the Eid-el-fitir holidays to continue his official duties.
