By Sadiq Aminu                                                                To this end, security operatives have been directed to go after any hoodlum caught with weapon disturbing the peace of residents especially in the State Capital, Minna.

The directive followed the resurgence of thuggery in Minna which led to the killing of a member of a vigilante group, looting of shops and attacking law abidding citizens

Speaking at an annual Durbar organised by a former Governor of the State, Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, Governor Bago also ordered house to house arrest of thugs and demolition of houses the miscreants used as hiding grounds.
