By Sadiq Aminu                                                                      The speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr. Abbas Tajudeen, has described the demise of the Walin Zazzau, Engr. Aminu Umar, as a sad development.
The Speaker, said he was shocked to have received the news of the death of Engr. Umar, who was also the District Head of Ikara.
In a condolence message issued through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Krishi, the Speaker said the Zazzau Emirate has lost one of its most respected elder statesmen.
The late Walin Zazzau, who was a prince of the emirate from the Barebari ruling house, died on Saturday.

He participated in the Hawan Daushe sallah durbar in Zaria on Friday and was one of the district heads that paid the Emir of Zazzau, His Royal Highness, Amb. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, sallah homage.

The Speaker sent his condolences to the Emir of Zazzau, the people and government of Kaduna State over the irreparable loss.

Speaker Abbas also prayed to Allah to grant the late Walin Zazzau Jannatul Firdaus and give the entire Zazzau Emirate, especially his immediate family as well as the Barebari ruling house, the fortitude to bear the loss.
