PRESIDENT TINUBU DEPARTS ABUJA FOR BEIJING, CHINA, ON AN OFFICIAL VISIT                                                                             29-08-24

By Sadiq Aminu                                                            President Tinubu will today depart Abuja for Beijing, China, on an official visit.

A statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, says the President will have a brief layover in the United Arab Emirates.

It says while in China, the President will meet with President Xi Jinping, and hold meetings with Chinese business leaders on the sidelines of the Forum on China-Africa Co-operation.

The statement says President Tinubu will be accompanied by senior government officials on the trip.
