HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO ATTRACT 20-BED HOSPITAL TO IDPs CAMP IN ABUJA- SPEAKER                                                                                                                                        03-10-24

               By Sadiq Aminu                                                                   The Speaker House of Representatives, Dr. Tajudeen Abbas says the 10th House of Representatives will attract a 20-bed hospital to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) at Kabusa in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

The Speaker gave the assurance when he visited the IDPs’ camp alongside his wife, Hajiya Fatima Abbas Tajudeen.
The visit was part of Nigeria’s 64th Independence Anniversary celebrations
Dr. Abbas said the House would work with the relevant government agencies to improve the living standards of the IDPs at various camps nationwide in the 2025 budget.

He assured that the National Assembly, would continue to ensure legislative framework that would better the lives of Nigerians.
The Speaker urged leaders to refocus their attention on the issues that affect the country such as poverty.
