Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, has reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of NYSC members serving in the state.

At the NYSC Orientation Camp in Nkwerre, the Governor, represented by Commissioner for Youth Development, Dr. Mandela Ukaegbu, announced that state allowances will soon be paid to Corps Members. He also revealed a new reward system to honor outstanding service.

Uzodimma urged Corps Members to be committed, serve selflessly, and respect their host communities.

NYSC State Coordinator, Mr. Evans Okwor, thanked the government and assured of fair postings, especially to rural areas.

Corps members Otikyoma Oghenekoma and Umoh Daniel received cash awards for exceptional conduct during camp.
