Vice President Kashim Shettima has condoled with the people of Borno after Boko Haram’s deadly attack in Darajamal, Bama LGA, which claimed lives of civilians and soldiers.

He said President Tinubu has ordered the military to intensify operations, deploy drones, and adopt new strategies to crush terrorist groups nationwide.

Shettima also recalled Governor Zulum’s visit to the community, stressing that the federal government is committed to restoring peace. He added that the creation of state police is under consideration to boost grassroots security.
