KWARA GOVERNOR REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO KWARA SOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has restated his administration’s commitment to fair development across Kwara, assuring that Kwara South is not left behind.

Speaking at the Strategic Consultation of Kwara South Leaders, he noted ongoing infrastructure upgrades, road projects, and the commissioning of the Osi Campus of Kwara State University. He also mentioned improvements in sports facilities like Offa and Lafiagi stadiums.

On security, the Governor urged stronger community collaboration, praising traditional rulers, council leaders, vigilantes, and community members for their sacrifices, while honoring those who died in service.

He encouraged unity and vigilance, stressing that Kwara South has the potential to “reawaken its giants” and drive peace and prosperity.
