GOVERNOR OTTI RESHUFFLES CABINET

Governor Alex Otti has reshuffled his cabinet, swearing in two new commissioners and a Special Adviser in Umuahia.
Dr. Salome Obiukwu is now Commissioner for Trade and Commerce, Architect Chiemela Uzoije takes over Housing, while Prince Christian Enweremadu becomes Special Adviser on Agriculture. Mr. Kingsley Nwokocha moves to Labour and Productivity, and Mr. Chaka Chukwumerije now heads Lands after the Housing ministry was split.
Otti said the changes are aimed at injecting fresh ideas and strengthening governance. He reminded the appointees of his zero-tolerance for corruption and urged them to serve with integrity.
On behalf of the new appointees, Dr. Obiukwu thanked the Governor and pledged commitment to duty.
