Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has bid farewell to 350 students departing for postgraduate studies abroad under the state’s 1,001 Scholarship Scheme.

The scholars are headed to India, Uganda, and Malaysia. Governor Yusuf urged them to study hard, stay disciplined, and represent Kano with pride, noting that the opportunity is both a privilege and a responsibility.

He expressed confidence that their training would boost the state’s development and prayed for their success and safe return.
