GEENNAAZ SET TO DELIVER NEW ABUJA ESTATE IN 18 MONTHS

By: Safiya Abdulrahim Dabban

Geennaaz Investment and Properties Ltd has flagged off construction of its new residential estate in Life Camp, Abuja, with completion scheduled for 18 months.

The founder of Geennaaz Properties reaffirmed the company’s commitment to reducing the housing deficit within the Abuja metropolis, pledging to create accessible opportunities for both internal and external stakeholders.

During the opening ceremony, the company announced special discounts for early investors, including an 80% price slash won by one attendee, who also received the option to resell the property to anyone at the event for no more than ₦5 million.

The management thanked guests for their support and urged investors to take advantage of current rates before prices return to normal in two weeks, noting that demand is expected to rise.

The ceremony featured packages for attendees and was chaired by the Senator representing Niger South, who praised the project’s potential to boost housing development in Abuja.
