ATIKU ABUBAKAR JOINS ADC, CALLS FOR COALITION TO OUST APC IN 2027

By: Safiya Abdulrahim Dabban

Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar has officially joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in his hometown, Jada, Adamawa State. He received a warm, energetic welcome as he collected his membership card, accompanied by top political figures including ex-Governor Bindow Jibrilla, Senators Binani and Abbo, and other allies.

Speaking to the cheering crowd, Atiku urged Nigerians to unite under the ADC to build a strong front ahead of the 2027 elections. Filled with optimism, he vowed to challenge the ruling APC, declaring that the moment for change has arrived.

His entry into the ADC strengthens the party’s position as it seeks a broad coalition to compete in the 2027 polls.
